This is a good book for anyone who likes being given instructions but doesn’t like to bother about why the instructions are given.
Traditional common sense tells us that really the only way to lose weight is always to ingest good food and get regular exercise. This book isn’t going to use that common logic so there isn’t a genuine way to share with whether or not it will continue to work what sort of marketing promises it will.
